We're back!

The reason I was largely MIA last week (aside from my pre-scheduled anniversary post) was because Matt and I went on our summer/anniversary vacation to the Smoky Mountains! I will have some posts coming up detailing more of our hiking, sight-seeing, and dining adventures, but here is a preview.

We visited the US Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL

Arrived at our room for the week, and this was our view!

One of our many amazing breakfasts... lemon souffle pancakes with maple-raspberry syrup

We did a lot of driving in the Smoky Mountain National Park, including driving through foggy mountain roads

We hiked to a few waterfalls

Saw some wildlife :P

Did more hiking in the woods

And then eventually had to leave :(

Basically, we had an amazing time. We did not want to leave. Cannot wait to go back. All that good kind of stuff :) More details and pictures to come, so be prepared!
